Lee is the person who keeps Guidance running smoothly and that clients feel cared for from the moment they get in touch.

She has been part of the team for more than eight years, bringing a calm presence, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine love of helping people. In financial advice, that matters. There are often forms to complete, questions to answer, appointments to coordinate, and plenty of moving parts. Lee helps make the whole experience feel easier.

Before joining Guidance, she spent more than 20 years running her own garden design and maintenance business. It taught her how to juggle a lot at once, solve problems quickly, and take pride in getting the small things right. She was also a finalist in the student section of the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show.

Away from work, Lee still loves gardening and tends a vegetable plot at her local community garden. She enjoys sharing tips with her neighbours and experimenting in the kitchen with probiotic-rich food and drinks. She also loves reading, going to the gym, bike rides, and long meals with her adult sons and the people closest to her.
